Parent Support Groups: Safe and supportive groups facilitated by a PPAL employee. Offered almost every day with virtual and hybrid options. CLICK HERE FOR SUPPORT GROUPS
Educational Workshops: Informative sessions on various topics such as school avoidance, pre-planning for a mental health crisis, fostering positive relationships with youth, parent trainings etc. You can find them accessing the Calendar. View Calendar
Parenting Classes: Practical, skills-based classes designed to empower parents with tools and techniques for fostering a positive and supportive family environment.
1:1 Peer Support: Personalized, one-on-one support from trained peers who offer guidance, empathy, and practical advice tailored to individual family needs. Including assistance with school struggles such as IEP’s and school discipline.
Parents, family members, doctors, therapists, school staff can all submit a referral for family support.
